Passed away peacefully, after a long illness, at Geelong Hospital on 6th October, 2014.

Dearly loved wife of Justin, much loved mother of Matthew, Shaun, Dion, Nathan and Anthony, mother-in-law of Lucy, Renee and Janelle and friend of Jane.
