It is with great sadness that I have just heard of the passing of June Cameron, the day after her beloved husband Neil. June was the senior physiotherapist when I started work as a new graduate occupational therapist at Shannon Park in Geelong in 1977. She was the most supportive, generous and beautiful person - as well as being an amazing physiotherapist. Her kind support and guidance to me have remained as a great memory as well as leading me on a work life dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults growing up with physical and complex disabilities. we kept in touch over many, many years. An inspirational person who lived life to the fullest. my love to all her family. A life truly well lived. Condolences to all her family. .

To the Cameron Family...
What a Dynamic Duo June and Neil were with their family, their work on the farm and within the Community!! I was privileged to have June on the Committee of Management at Meredith Community House. Her input and assistance were much appreciated by myself and the organisation! Neil also provided his help with some of our projects.
My thoughts and prayers go with this to you all.

So very sad to read the news of the passing of Neil and June Cameron.
Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Cameron family.
June was a wonderful lady always had a smile on her face and a fantastic physiotherapist full of knowledge and wisdom.
Our family and many other families whom were part of the Shannon Park family will treasure the memories of June and her dedication and commitment she had to our children whom had physical disabilities.
You will always be remembered June.
RIP June and Neil.

Sincere condolences Sandy, Julie and family, on the loss of your dear mum and dad. Rob has many fond and memories of working with Neil on the farm, as he often brought the sheep up to the dairy for milking. Rob deeply valued Neil’s knowledge of the sheep and the farm, and we have both loved catching up with Neil and Jean at the annual farm Christmas parties over the years. We are so sorry to have missed the funeral to farewell two very special, intelligent and impressive people. Our thoughts are with you all, Julie and Rob.

Many fond memories of time spent with Neil and June over the years. They welcomed Barry and I, along with our family to Meredith over 30 years ago and their friendship and fellowship was always appreciated. I remember Neil coming weekly to share this book notes and philosophies with Barry as he was piecing his manuscript together. Many a long philosophical discussion was had. June was always a mentor and inspiration for me. Her birthday greetings never missed, her ongoing participation at the Community Centre with the sewing circle and willingness to take on Tai Chi in the later years. Her support for all will never be forgotten. Thoughts and blessings to the Cameron family at this time. With love, Sandra.

Many fond memories of the Camerons at Woodburn and all of the support from June and Neil.

June was a dedicated member of the Ballarat U3A Choristers for many, many years. We miss her cheerful enthusiasm and big smile in the front row of the sopranos. A delightful lady who will be remembered with great affection.

What sad news. June and Neil were a wonderful couple generously entertaining friends at both Glenspean and Manna Gum House. June was an exceptional physiotherapist and advocate for children and adults with physical disabilities. For many years she travelled daily from Meridith to Geelong often working long hours before travelling home to her family.
She was a valued colleague and friend and for many years baked and delivered Melting Moments on my birthday. Age and distance reduced our contact over these past few years. Her love of music, choir, plays and the arts in general saw her travel widely. My condolences to all the family.
