I worked with Jim and his late wife Kate for many years at Campion Centre of Ignatian Spirituality. Jim was a man's man. He was always on for a yarn and he could get on with anyone.. He loved his wife, and he loved his children and grandchildren, and he served them. That's about as good as it gets. Requiem in Pace Jim.

Sending lots of love to all the O’Beirne clan at this sad time.
All these decades I’ve had the privilege of happy chats and catch-ups with Jim (who I still call Mr O’Beirne in my head!) at family do’s big and small.
Jim, thank you for always being there- what a team you and Kate made! Your keen eye never missed a thing, including the superb running of our wedding breakfast.
Knowledgeable, calm and fun, it was clear you loved all your family so much. I can see you live on in them. Whenever I hear trad jazz, I’ll think of you. Blessings.

Sending lots of hugs to all of Jazza's beautiful family. Thinking of you all at his send off💕...A true dignified man I had a pleasure to meet. You all indeed have been blessed to have had him in your life. May his soul forever rest in peace ❤️🌹xx

Deepest Sympathy on the O'Beirne family following Jim's death. He was always the true gentleman and will be remembered for his work ethic and business acumen. Rest In Peace.

Grandpa, no amount of words can express my sincere gratitude and appreciation of having you in our lives. The rough around the edges true blue farmer, she’ll be right Grandpa who always had an open door, listening ears & an accepting heart for those who truly mattered to him. From the bear hugs, to the crawling around with the grandkids on your back, to the alpaca obsessions & then Bob, the corgi who was truly your life’s companion for those 7 hard years after Mumma passed. We hope you left this world feeling accomplished and satisfied that your job here, is done. We hope you felt the love, respect and appreciation we all have for you as you gained your wings. We hope you continue to look over us with pride and joy, and brag about every single one of us wherever you are. We loved your stories, your wit and wisdom. We will always speak of, and cherish all the times we had with you.
Yours, Hayley (your grand-daughter) and your great grandies Hudson, Archie and Maliah Corby (Rees)
