We were just young boys playing a man’s games. We played a lot of footy together and against each other and we would always have fun. The saying is you can take the boy out of Corio, but you can’t take the Corio out of the boy. You were an amazing and humble guy from Corio. Condolences to all the family. RIP Frank #4 ❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍 never forgotten with beautiful memories.

Deepest sympathy to the family on the passing of Frank. I used to go watch him play for North Shore in the nineties when I was a teen myself. What an incredible player and person he was. Never seen a better player in the leagues as good as him and with great integrity as well. Huge loss to all the Geelong community. Thoughts are with you all at this very sad time.xx

My sincere condolences to all who knew Frank.
Frank and Joe taught me everything I know about Joiney and the path they set me on in my life has been so rewarding. I'm grateful for knowing Frank and I always reflect on my time as an apprentice working with him. Outside of work Frank was a gentleman to everyone at Northshore football club.
You will be missed Frank but never forgotten as now I teach the same values to my children and tradesman.

To the Fopiani Family,
My sincere condolences is passed on to you all for the loss of Frank. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that my thoughts and those of my family are with you all during this difficult time.
My name is Ross Cuthbertson and I met Frank by playing against him during secondary school footy as well as junior football. In later years I had the pleasure to be in the same team with him in the Geelong Under 19s. I always found Frank to be a warm and welcoming person who was an absolute pleasure to play football with. In later years, I played against Frank and the North Shore Football Club where he was just unstoppable! Frank was an amazing footballer, someone who I personally rated as one of the best, but most importantly, he was a beautiful human. I know these words will be echoed by many others' thoughts and opinion of Frank and I hope this can warm your hearts a little during this time.

Dear Fopiani Family I am so sorry for your loss and condolences to all of you. Frank was such a brilliant man and he loved his family, he always helped others when needed. I loved being around him at both footy clubs such as North Shore and St Mary’s. He will be missed so much and was the best footballer I ever seen take the field. Dear Fopiani family,
My sincere condolences to your family on the passing of Frank. I pray that you all find the strength to move forward with life in the best possible way while remembering the fantastic times you had together! I am sure, that just like on the footy field, Frank will be by your side all the way, guiding you all to a prosperous and fulfilling life. I only met Frank on a couple of occasions through Tarah and Daniel Ortiz, and had some fantastic conversations with him. After suggesting to him that he was the best local footballer to ever play, he shrugged his shoulders and said... "yeh i was alright". A humble, respectful and caring man that I know touched many peoples lives in amazing ways. You should be proud of Frank and the legacy he leaves behind, as I know how proud of his family he must be! Stay strong and have faith that he is watching down on you all from above. May he rest in peace 🙏
Love the Kyvetos family

I cannot comprehend a world that Frank is not there (and my comprehension is nothing compared to his family a dedicated husband, father, son and brother) His humour was connecting, his banter hilarious, his interaction as we deliberated work solutions second to none.
