The following messages of condolence and symbols
have been added in memory of David.

David was a highly respected Mathematics teacher of mine at Corio Technical school during in 1968 and 1969.
He was also the Director of the school play H.M.S Pinafore, of which I was a cast member. After leaving school David was a valued friend.
