Vincenza D'Amico 22 March 1960 – 11 May 2025

Poem for Vincenza When do you say enough is enough.. The continual fight for her health, gee Enz was tough… Fighting no more of that she is free.. Finally at peace Enza is free to just ‘Be..’ Is she with Vincent, her admired VanGo’..? Or is she sat sketching with Michael Angelo? Rocking to Rod Stuart or Sir Elton John Or Carey Grant has one of his movies on? To think of her happy it helps those of us left The huge loss in our hearts leaves us bereft. But today watching down she would not want us to cry A celebration of her life of this we must try.. No sadness, no sorrow, no buckets of tears. A simple gathering of her favourites from over the years. So let’s try not to dwell on the loss and the hole that she leaves.. But instead let’s focus on the legacy she achieved From daughter, to sister, to Zia, to dear friend She always did it with such heart and deep love ‘till the end. Written by Alison D’Amico

I’m so sad to get the news that you have left us Vinnie, I don’t have anyone to chat with and sit down for a coffee.. May you rest in peace and you’ll always be in our hearts

We are deeply saddened to hear the passing of our dear neighbour and friend Vinnie. Our visits to Torquay will never be the same. We will always treasure the coffee catch ups and delicious home-made treats that Vinnie so generously shared. Vinnie brought warmth and kindness into our lives and will be dearly missed. Deepest condolences to Vinnie’s family. Thinking of you all at this difficult time, with love from Brad, Kim, Kate and William xox
