Dear Chris and Martin Watched Tim's Service Online First met you both when you were involved with Geelong Community Orchestra. Tim seemed a quiet and Gentle man. Everything you said about him today in your very moving Eulogy confirmed this impression. However we learned today that he had so many other wonderful qualities, skills and interests. You have indeed lost a soulmate. Thinking of you and Martin. Tim will always be a wonderful part of your life. Rosie and Jules Notini

So sorry to hear of Tim's passing so soon,so early. The service was a beautiful tribute to Tim his personality and character, and to you, his family. Although we hardly ever met, his life, his antics, his work, his intelligence, his skill (in mechanics, electronics and music) and his quiet compassion and sense of humour have always been an inspiration for me. We wish you well, and, despite having hated hearing this phrase when others said it to me in the past ... if there is anything we can do to assist you at this time, and into the future ... please give us a call.

You and Martin reminded us so well in your words and records of his life , the hugeness of your loss and we stand with you in great grief of a man whose presence was magic for us too . Tim was one of those rare people who gave so much and so freely ; all of us and my friends in this district will miss him so , What a joy always to see him coming , hear his words and music and see him encourage others with his teaching, smile and love of good things . This wonder at meeting your Tim was evident the first time I met him when he was humbly but so exquisitely expressing himself through the Cello in a choral concert right behind me . We are all going to really miss his beautiful quiet God like encouragement - I imagine him still singing/playing in the background and cheering us all on still.
