Coming up a year on, I only recently learned, with immense sadness, of your passing, Nanette. You were there for me during a very difficult period of my life as I faced a life-threatening illness, and I never forgot your kindness, love, and your grace. We lost contact because of my military service, but I never forgot you. May God bless you, Nanette, and keep you always in His care. Clem.

To Nan's Family, I had the pleasure of getting to know Nan in my capacity as her community pharmacist in Townsville. She was not my biggest fan when I started at Belgian Gardens in 2014 but we grew to be quite fond of one another. We shared a birthday, and she brought me birthday cakes and presents for my kids, whom she never met, but always asked to see pictures of. I remember her excitement to bring her slinky new sports car for a spin past the pharmacy to show it off in the week she first got it. She was one of my all time favourite patients and I am sorry for your loss. Warm Regards Kym
