Dearest Bernard and family,Ben, Luke and extended Attard and Tighe families, we are so saddened to hear of Mary Rose's untimely passing. We have very fond memories of her holiday with Bernard in 2023 in Kilkenny. She was a lovely person and we know it is a big loss for you all. Thinking of you in our prayers at this sad time. We will have a mass said for her here in Mullinavat, where her ancestors are buried. Love to one and all, from all of your Irish cousins. "Ar deis de ar a hanam dhilis" (May her gentle soul rest in peace)

I was so sorry to hear of Mary Rose's passing. She was our MCHCN 18 years ago. We loved our regular visits to Mary Rose as she was so positive and encouraging. She made us feel like we were the best parents and our boy was perfect. I am sure everyone felt that they had a special relationship with Mary Rose - that is the sort of person she was. She really made a difference to our early years, making us feel loved, special and safe. I only ran into her occasionally over the past few years but I am really sorry that I won't get that opportunity again. Mary Rose and her family are in my thoughts.
