My Baba. My elegant beauty . You adored the fine things in life . Stylish and graceful . Not a hair out of place . You took pride in your appearance. You taught me so much about respect presentation and reputation . My soul , my twin . You always said you and I were the same . An absolute go getter. Your passion creativity and drive for life was outstanding . At 90 you still attended your beautiful garden. There was no stopping you . You truly lived life to the fullest . My memories with you are imbedded in my soul and heart forever . I’m grateful God gave me you . I’m grateful God gave you strength and wisdom . Observant firm and stoic. A wonderful baker and cook . You kept me in line and traditional . We are both misunderstood by others but who cares because we understood one another . Forever yours , your granddaughter Julianna . ❤️🙏🏽
Draga Baba, May you rest in gods kingdom. May you be welcomed with smiles from the angels & saints your prayed to daily. May your heavenly garden have a million roses in every colour, i am proud to have called you my grandmother. Being with you in your final moments will remain with me forever. I am honoured to have had 39 years with you, Thank you for my memories with you, a hand in raising me, your love for gardening, fashion, cooking and most importantly how to be a respectful lady. You came to Australia with a mission and achieved every goal possible, nothing ever stopped your fierce nature, You started our family tree and with it grew, only to see our biggest tree has fallen do we see empty land… There are not enough words to express how much sorrow I carry in my heart, I will miss you dearly and forever. Draga Moja Majo, Vilo velebita. Život si zivila u ponosu, u lipoti, u ćistoci, volila si da bude sve na svome mistu. Uvjek bi rekla ćistoća to je zdravilje. Di staviś stvari tamo će ih naći. Volila si svoju obitelj, svoju kuću, svoj dragi vrta u njemu si uživala pivala I jedva čekala da nikne ono što si posadila. Rekla bi Nama, vrta mi daje snagu. Bila si jaća od Kamena iz velebita. Ponosni smo bili s tobom I uvik ćemo biti ponosni. Pomagala si a nikada prigovarala. Mozak ti je bija ćist ko voda iz izvora. Svaku si bolest pobjedila ali tilo polako oslabilo. moja Majo duša tvoja sada nek bogu krene. Nek te odvede u tvoj vjećni dom. Baba, uvijek smo razgovarali na hrvatskom, pa ću i ovu poruku napisati na hrvatskom. Došla si u Australiju kao 36-godišnjakinja i izgradila život za svoju obitelj. Ponosila si se svojim izgledom – uvijek moderna i sa stilom. Uvijek si govorila što misliš i imala najljepši vrt u Bell Parku. U 90. godini došlo je vrijeme da nas napustiš. Otišla si, ali nikada nećeš biti zaboravljena. Hvala ti na svemu. Nikada neću zaboraviti naš posljednji razgovor. Pozdravi Dida od mene. You were a kind, considerate and loving person who always asked me how I was doing and hoping that my wife and children were doing well too.
