Pam
For Aunty Dee – From Claire Making scones and cream in your kitchen bright, Fresh baked bread—oh, what a delight! Mini quiches, sausage rolls galore, At every event, we’d ask for more. Christmas came, and oh, what a feat, Your crispy potatoes just couldn’t be beat! Neil’s yabbies in the bathtub swam, While you just chuckled and didn’t give a damn. Footy stats, the scores you’d track, You’d give us newspaper clippings stacked in a pack. A kind word, a note, a gentle cheer, You lifted us up year after year. You saw the best in those you knew, With kind encouragement that always grew. A cheerful heart, so warm and wide, Lifting us all with love and pride. You loved us more than words can say, Gave so much in your own sweet way. Aunty Dee, we’ll miss you true, But we’ll smile and laugh—just like you.

Our sincere condolences to Neil and family. Deidre loved watching Max (and all the boys) play cricket and they certainly loved her morning tea's. I will treasure our chats while watching the games. Such a beautiful lady inside and out. RIP Deidre. xx
