Reflecting on the remarkable life of Norman, I am profoundly grateful for the legacy he has left behind, especially evident in his son, Matthew. During one of my most challenging times, Matthew's steadfast support and compassion have been invaluable, qualities that he clearly inherited from his father. It is a deep honour to be here today for Matthew and the entire Campigli family, a tribute to the strong foundation Norman built. Thank you, Norman, for your enduring influence, which continues to provide strength and solace through the exceptional character of your son, and whole family.

I will always remember Norm as a friendly and caring man.
He was the best leader and teacher to me in my early years as a postal clerk at Geelong Post Office.
