Our thoughts are with Marj and Troy. Alan was important to us. Our holiday house is a constant reminder and memorial to Alan. The “spanish steps” are his final and most magnificent addition. Deb & Lloyd.

People pass on but their memory lives with us forever. It is important to mourn Alan’s passing, but important too to celebrate all he achieved. He was a wonderful man and we will miss him.

Beautiful to see the photos especially of my girl Taz. Miss her so much. As Troy said they'll be looking down at us having a sook and shaking their heads. Dear Marj, Troy and family, I didn't have the privilege of meeting Uncle Alan, but heard some beautiful stories from Melissa and Stephen Wearne.
Memories will always be in my heart of Aunty Marj and Taryn when we all did the Camino trail together in Spain.
I was very sad to hear about the sudden passing of Taryn and now Alan. But I truly believe that God wanted them to be together again
Aunty Marj you are always in my prayers and thoughts especially around this sad time.
Be strong and one day at a time it won't be as painful.
Much love
Chrissy ( Melissa's sister) xx

Condolences to the family. I haven’t seen Alan for many many years but have very good memories of him.
He gave me my first job outside of my family when I was 16.
Funny how you remember a conversation from long ago… on our predawn drive to the workplace we talked about the ashes series that was about to start and we discussed whether the Aussie batsmen could deal with the English seamers
He was always good to me.
