To Alan’s Family and Widow Yvonne I offer my sincerest condolences on the loss of such a valuable person to all our lives. Alan was bigger than life itself, a man who always strived to change and mentor those around him onto bigger and better tasks, yet he was the genuine bloke with a heart of gold who listened first.
I enjoyed catching up with him and Yvonne on their Pilbara travels and his infectious laugh and never say never attitudes. Alan loved life, spoke frequently with absolute pride of his Family, kids, grandies, old employees and the long term rewards that hard work delivered in life.
It’s never the same when you say goodbye to one that God put amongst us as a teacher, Vale Alan and May the Saints rise for you on earth and in heaven. xx

Condolences to Mum (Yvonne) for the loss of your loving husband, Alan. He will be greatly missed... His smile, his laugh, his pranks, his mischief, his love and even his cars! A beautiful human who was up to something all the time.
To David, Ann-Maree, and Francis my sympathies to you for the loss of a father and a huge character in your lives.
To James, Daniel, Luke and Tessa my heart felt sorrow to you all for the loss of such a wonderful Papa. Alan would often speak to me about each of his grandchildren with hope and pride.
To all the friends and acquaintances who Alan's life touched, I join you in missing this man and take comfort that he will always remain in many, many hearts.
Rest in peace, Alan. We loved you... xx:))
