I only just heard last night of Hannah's passing. Tristan & I have known Hannah since her very young childhood. Her beautiful cheeky smile & gentle spirit will be remembered with much love. Dear Brian & family, my sincerest condolences. Hannah was a beautiful girl that I had the pleasure of caring for during my time at Scope. Hannah definitely had a cheeky grin, that will be sadly missed. My heart definitely broke when I heard of her passing. I will hold fond memories of Hannah. I had the pleasure of taking Hannah home on the bus after scope hours, she was always happy to be greeted by her home carers or Brian. She definitely adored you Brian, you were the best father she could have ever asked for. Rest in peace Han xx
